Complaints Procedure

We will endeavour to respond to any complaint within five working days.  If you would prefer to speak to someone in the first instance then please telephone Carol Ann on (UK code) 01578 750642 between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. GMT. Calls are charged at Normal rates.   If we are not available, there will be an answering service which is checked every three hours.
