DAMAGED GOODS In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us via email,
carol@carol-ann.co.uk, or telephone, (01578) 750642, with your name and address and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace or refund your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in Transit:
If goods arrive in a damaged condition it will be your responsibility to
inform us within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect
Goods: - It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods
supplied within 7 days of delivery
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the day after the date of delivery and return any unused goods for a full refund within 30 days. You should notify us of your intention to cancel by letter, telephone, fax or email. Goods must be returned at your own expense within 7 days of your notice to cancel. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please make sure you get proof of postage. In the unlikely event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. At present Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 sterling so if the value of goods being returned is greater than this you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service. If goods are not returned we reserve the right to arrange for collection of these goods and deduct the cost of this collection from the refund. Provided the goods are returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories and "lives intact" on software, you will receive a refund within 30 days of your notice to cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
PRINTING & PRICING ERRORS In the event a product is listed at a wrong price due to a typographical error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to a contract being made.
